PART 1- RETURN & REFUND

  We always make sure the product(s) is/are in optimal condition before shipping. Product(s) sold is/are not entitle for return & refund due to hygienic purpose unless it meets ALL the following conditions:

• The contact solution of the contact lens dried up upon receiving.
• To be eligible for a return, your product must be in its original condition, with the original label and unused.
• Contact kirakira.lens immediately so that we can assist in solving your problem.
• Items returned to us without requesting prior to return will not be accepted.
• Requests must be made immediately upon receiving (within 3 days).

  To complete your return, we require a receipt, proof of purchase or order number. Do contact us via Instagram / Facebook for us to support you. We are not responsible for return shipping costs. We are not liable if the products are lost on the return journey. Once we verified your items, we will proceed with a credit refund. No cash refund is allowed. We do not allow return and refund for other reasons. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for free items or gift cards.

   By purchasing our product, you agreed that you have contacted kirakira.lens to check the availability of the stocks. If you have made payment to unavailable/ out of stock item(s), you are eligible for credit refund only. No cash refund is allowed.

    Refund for other reasons / wrongly ordered products will not be entertained. Customers are responsible to check their order summary in the Cart Page & Check Out Page before proceeding to make payment.

PART 2- CREDIT REFUND

   All eligible refund will be issued by kirakira.lens in coupon form. Coupon is strictly for one (1) time use only. Customers are required to apply the coupon in the Checkout Page. No minimum spend is required for coupon usage and additional unutilized coupon amount will be voided. If the amount of purchase exceeds the coupon value, you will need to pay for the additional price. Customer is responsible for own coupon and we are not responsible for the missing coupon or if it has been utilized by another customer/party. All coupon(s) for credit refund purposes are applicable for 12 months from the date of issuing. Any unutilized coupon expires after the previously stated timeframe and any time extension requests will not be entertained.
