How do I purchase the lens?

  • Request Kirakira.lens Paypal account 
  • Send your receipt
  • 1/1/2021 onwards, Paypal Card Processing Fees 4.4% + Paypal Fixed Fees RM2.00 will be imposed

Yeah! You will receive an order confirmation upon successful payment & a tracking number after your items have been shipped.

How much is the postage?

Shipping fees are at an affordable rate of :

  1. Peninsular / West Malaysia - RM 7 ; Free Shipping for 2 items
  2. Borneo / East Malaysia - RM 14 ; Free Shipping for 4 items
  3. Singapore - RM 36 ; Free Shipping for minimum purchase RM 450

For urgent customer needs, you may opt for Priority Shipping at a special rate of:

  • West Malaysia RM 32
  • East Malaysia RM 40
  • Singapore RM 65

WE DO NOT PROFIT FROM SHIPPING FEE.

Other unmentioned items are pre-order based as we prepare the lenses according to your eyes' power.

 

BEST THINGS ARE WORTH THE WAIT.

When can I receive my products?

Delivery usually takes about 2 to 3 weeks (14 to 21 working days).

For Priority shipping, delivery is faster at about 10 to 12 working days.

For ready stock items, delivery would be as soon as possible at our best effort.

However if you checked out with both pre-order and ready stock items, the shipping time will follow pre-order dates.

 

Parcel might arrive early (SURPRISE!) / late. Much love to COURIER ABANG.

Can I cancel an existing order that has been made?

Yes, only if the order is OUT OF STOCK.

Otherwise, products sold are not cancellable/refundable.
